FFL & Firearms Policy

Ready Gunner complies with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the sale and transfer of firearms.

FFL Requirement

All firearms purchased through our website must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer.

Customers are responsible for selecting a licensed FFL dealer prior to completing their purchase.

Transfer Process

Once your order is placed:

  • The firearm will be shipped to your selected FFL dealer

  • You will be required to complete a background check

  • You must comply with all applicable laws before taking possession

We are not responsible for delays related to background checks or FFL processing.

Customer Responsibility

By purchasing a firearm, you confirm that:

  • You are legally eligible to own a firearm

  • You understand your local and state laws

  • You agree to complete all required legal steps

Order Issues

If there is an issue with your order or transfer, you must contact us before the firearm is transferred.

Once a firearm has been transferred to you, the sale is considered final.

FFL Dealer Coordination

If your selected FFL dealer requires documentation from us, we will assist in providing necessary information.
