At Ready Gunner, we’re committed to getting your order out fast, accurately, and in full compliance with all applicable laws. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping, returns, and order support.

Shipping Information

Order Processing
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays.

Shipping Methods
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or compliance requirements.

Firearms, FFL & Restricted Items

Firearms and certain regulated products must ship in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.

  • Firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder where required
  • It is your responsibility to ensure the item is legal in your state and local area before ordering
  • Orders may be delayed until FFL information is received and verified
  • Orders may be canceled if items cannot legally be shipped to your location

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping and billing information before placing your order. Ready Gunner is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligible Returns
Non-regulated items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and compliance reasons, the following items are generally non-returnable:

  • Firearms
  • Ammunition
  • Used or mounted optics
  • Opened chemicals, lubricants, or consumables
  • Items showing signs of use or modification
  • Final sale or clearance items

Return Approval Required
All returns must be approved before being sent back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
Need a different size or item? Reach out and we’ll help based on availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos (if applicable)

We’ll take care of you as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately. Once an order has entered processing or shipment, cancellation may not be possible.
