Firearms, Ammunition & Restricted Products

All firearm purchases must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer in accordance with federal law.

By purchasing a firearm or restricted product from Ready Gunner, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are legally eligible to purchase and possess the item
  • You will complete all required background checks and transfer paperwork
  • Firearm transfers must occur through a licensed FFL dealer
  • You are responsible for understanding and complying with your local laws and regulations
  • Certain products may be restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction

Ready Gunner reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion.

Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance, verification, and product availability.

Prices, descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to:

Shipping & FFL Transfers

Firearms will only be shipped to verified FFL dealers.

Non-serialized items may ship directly to customers where legally permitted.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information
  • Coordinating with their selected FFL dealer when necessary
  • Paying any transfer fees charged by their local dealer

Ready Gunner is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, FFL processing, compliance verification, or other circumstances outside our control.

Training Courses & Events

By registering for any training course, class, or event offered through Ready Gunner, you acknowledge that participation may involve inherent risks.

Participants are responsible for following all safety instructions provided by instructors and staff.

Ready Gunner reserves the right to remove any participant from a course or event for unsafe behavior without refund.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are subject to our Return Policy.

Firearms, ammunition, and certain restricted products are final sale unless otherwise required by law.

No firearm returns will be accepted once the firearm transfer has been completed by the receiving FFL dealer.

Eligible non-firearm items may qualify for return or exchange based on condition, timeframe, and approval.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ready Gunner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

  • The use or misuse of products purchased through this website
  • Delays or interruptions in service
  • Errors or inaccuracies on the website
  • Third-party actions or services

All products are used at the purchaser’s own risk.
