The B&T XH556 RBS Ti is a dedicated 5.56 NATO / .223 Remington suppressor engineered around lightweight construction, reduced back pressure, and durability under demanding firing schedules. B&T combines a 3D-printed titanium body with an Inconel 718 blast baffle to provide a balance of low weight and durability in a purpose-built 5.56 suppressor.

At the heart of the XH556 is B&T's Reduced Backpressure System (RBS), designed to reduce the amount of gas directed back toward the firearm and shooter. A low-flash end cap complements the RBS architecture by addressing muzzle flash, giving the XH556 a design focused on both gas management and signature reduction.

Reduced Backpressure System

B&T's Reduced Backpressure System is designed to address one of the common challenges associated with suppressed semi-automatic rifles: increased gas blowback. The XH556 manages propellant gases through its internal geometry to reduce back pressure while maintaining suppression performance.
