The HUXWRX FLOW 556 Ti is a dedicated full-size 5.56 suppressor engineered to deliver excellent sound and flash reduction while minimizing the back-pressure commonly associated with traditional suppressor designs. Built entirely from Grade 5 titanium using advanced DMLS 3D-printing technology, the FLOW 556 Ti combines exceptional strength with an impressively lightweight 11.4-ounce design.

At the heart of the suppressor is HUXWRX's patented FLOW-THROUGH® Technology. Instead of trapping propellant gases and forcing them back through the firearm's action, the FLOW 556 Ti directs expanding gases forward through its internal flow paths and out the front of the suppressor. This design helps reduce gas blowback to the shooter and limits changes to the firearm's operating characteristics.

Because the FLOW-THROUGH system is designed to minimize added back pressure, the suppressor can be used on compatible platforms without requiring the adjustable gas blocks, heavier buffers, or specialized bolt carrier groups often used to tune traditional suppressed AR-style rifles.

The suppressor is manufactured as a highly optimized DMLS 3D-printed titanium structure. This process allows HUXWRX to create complex internal flow channels that would be extremely difficult to manufacture using conventional machining and welding methods. An integrated GeoFlash Cap is incorporated into the front of the suppressor to help minimize visible muzzle flash.

Mounting is handled by HUXWRX's patented Torque Lock® QD system. The system utilizes left-hand threads designed to tighten during firing rather than loosen. FLOW-THROUGH® Technology

Traditional suppressors can increase pressure inside a semi-automatic firearm by trapping expanding propellant gas. The FLOW 556 Ti takes a different approach. Its internal geometry routes gas forward through the suppressor, helping the rifle operate closer to its unsuppressed characteristics while reducing the amount of gas directed back toward the shooter.

For AR-15 and M4-style platforms, this means shooters can take advantage of suppressed performance without automatically needing to modify the rifle's buffer system, gas block, or bolt carrier group.

Torque Lock® QD Mounting

The FLOW 556 Ti uses HUXWRX's Torque Lock® mounting system. Its left-hand thread design is engineered so that the rotational forces created during firing reinforce the suppressor's attachment to the muzzle device. Installation is simple: thread the suppressor onto the compatible HUXWRX QD muzzle device until hand tight.
