The Smith & Wesson M&P9 M2.0 is a full-size, striker-fired 9mm pistol designed for personal, sporting, and professional applications. This optics-ready configuration combines a 4.25-inch barrel, optic-height sights, M2.0 flat-face trigger, enhanced grip texture, and extended stainless-steel chassis with the proven ergonomics of the M&P platform.

Built around a durable polymer frame and finished in black with Smith & Wesson's Armornite finish, the M&P M2.0 incorporates features designed to improve control, consistency, and adaptability. This model has no manual thumb safety and ships with two 17-round magazines.

Factory Optics-Ready Slide

The slide comes factory cut for optics and includes seven mounting plates for configuring the pistol with compatible red dot sights. Optic-height sights provide a taller factory sighting system, while forward slide serrations offer additional gripping surfaces for slide manipulation.

M2.0 Flat-Face Trigger

Smith & Wesson equips this M&P M2.0 with its flat-face trigger with integrated trigger safety. The updated trigger is designed to provide consistent finger placement along with a lighter trigger pull and a tactile and audible reset.

Full-Size M&P Ergonomics

The M&P M2.0 features Smith & Wesson's 18-degree grip angle for a natural point of aim. Enhanced grip texture provides a secure interface for controlling the pistol, while four interchangeable palmswell inserts in Small, Medium, Medium-Large, and Large allow the grip to be adapted to different hand sizes and trigger reach preferences.

Extended Stainless-Steel Chassis

An extended rigid embedded stainless-steel chassis reinforces the polymer frame to help reduce flex and torque during firing. Combined with the pistol's low bore axis, the design is intended to help manage muzzle rise and promote faster sight recovery.

Picatinny-Style Accessory Rail

An integrated Picatinny-style accessory rail provides mounting space for compatible weapon lights and other rail-mounted accessories.
