This classroom-based course qualifies you to apply for a Utah concealed carry permit — the most widely recognized permit in the nation.

This is NOT a tactical training class.
This course is designed to meet the legal requirements for obtaining your concealed firearms permit.

What to Bring:

• State-issued ID
• Payment for state application fee ($53.25 UT residents / $63.25 non-residents)

Arrival Info:

Fingerprinting takes place during the first 30 minutes.
Please arrive on time — anyone more than 10 minutes late will not be admitted.
If fingerprinting and photos are completed quickly, the class may end earlier than scheduled.

Additional Information:

This course meets all Utah state requirements needed to apply for a concealed firearms permit.
After completing the class, you will have everything required to submit your application.

Teachers (or anyone who works inside a school) may qualify to take this course for free.

Does the $25 include everything?
No — the $25 covers the class, fingerprints, and photo. The state application fee is separate.

How long does it take to receive my permit?
Typically 35–40 days after submitting your application.

Can I bring my own fingerprints or photo?
Yes, but these are already included with the course and will not reduce the cost.

What should I bring to class?
A valid state-issued ID and payment for the state application fee.

Can I reschedule?
Yes — email luke@readygunner.com and we will help you move to another date.

How long is the class?
Approximately 4–5 hours.

What if I can’t attend after booking?
