Ready Gunner’s Draw From Holster Certification Course is an in-range training class designed exclusively for Ready Gunner students who want to earn certification to draw from the holster during live fire at our range in Orem, Utah.

Under instructor supervision, students will develop safe, repeatable techniques for drawing and presenting a firearm from the holster. The course focuses on building proper muscle memory, smooth movement, and safe holster discipline.

Course Requirements

• Outside-the-waistband (OWB) holster required
• 50 rounds of ammunition
• Firearm

Serpa holsters are not allowed.

In-Range Training

All training takes place inside the Ready Gunner range in Orem, Utah under the supervision of certified instructors.

Students will practice drawing and presenting their firearm while developing the safe, repeatable movements necessary to use a holster during live fire.

Draw From Holster Certification

Students who successfully pass the course will receive the Ready Gunner Draw-from-Holster Certification, granting them privileges to draw from the holster during live fire at the Ready Gunner range.
