The Staccato HD P4.5 is part of Staccato's redesigned HD family of pistols. Built using feedback from professional end users, the HD platform introduces updated ergonomics, a new optics mounting system, an improved recoil system, and an active firing pin block while retaining the performance characteristics associated with the 2011 platform.

The P4.5 combines the shorter P4 slide with a 4.5" one-piece sight block barrel design. This configuration adds non-reciprocating mass toward the muzzle while maintaining the faster cycling characteristics of the shorter slide. Staccato designed this combination to reduce muzzle rise and provide a quick, consistent recoil impulse.

4.5" One-Piece Sight Block Design

One of the defining characteristics of the P4.5 is its 4.5" one-piece sight block barrel. The additional barrel length and non-reciprocating mass at the muzzle are designed to improve shootability and accuracy while helping control muzzle movement.

Because the pistol retains the shorter P4 slide, the added sight-block mass does not become additional reciprocating slide mass. The result is a unique configuration designed around both fast cycling and controlled recoil characteristics.

Trijicon RCR 3.25 MOA Closed Emitter Red Dot

This Ready Gunner package includes the Trijicon RCR, a rugged 1X closed-emitter reflex sight featuring a 3.25 MOA adjustable red dot. Its enclosed design protects the emitter from environmental debris and gives the optic a durable configuration suitable for demanding handgun use.

The RCR features 10 brightness settings, including night-vision-compatible settings, and Trijicon lists up to six years of continuous operation at brightness setting 4. A top-loading battery compartment allows the battery to be accessed without removing the optic from the pistol.

The optic uses a durable aluminum housing and is compatible with the established Trijicon RMR mounting pattern.

Staccato HD HOST RMR Footprint Mounting Kit

The package also includes the Staccato HD HOST Mounting Kit for the Trijicon RMR footprint. Staccato's HOST adapter system is designed specifically for HD-series pistols and allows compatible duty pistol optics to interface with the HD slide.

The RMR HOST adapter is constructed from 4140 steel with a DLC finish. The adapter matches the RMR footprint to the top of the Staccato HD slide while allowing the optic to attach directly through the mounting system.

For the RMR-footprint HOST kit, Staccato specifies the use of the factory mounting hardware supplied with the optic.

SureFire X300 Ultra 1,000-Lumen Weapon Light

Completing the package is the SureFire X300 Ultra X300U-B, a full-size weapon-mounted light producing 1,000 lumens. Its precision TIR lens creates a concentrated center beam with surrounding spill for a combination of reach and peripheral illumination.

The X300U-B features ambidextrous momentary and constant-on switching and uses a thumb-screw mounting system designed for secure attachment to compatible pistol and Picatinny accessory rails.

The light is constructed from aerospace-grade aluminum with a hard-anodized finish and carries an IPX7 waterproof rating to 1 meter for 30 minutes. Power is supplied by two CR123A batteries.
